Great staff who provided friendly and professional service.

My check-in experience was very frustrating as I had to wait for 1.5 hours, which felt like a bad start to my stay. The room was fine but lacked sufficient storage for my belongings, making it hard to settle in comfortably. Worst of all, I discovered that there was a lack of attention to detail when housekeeping missed refilling my soap for several days, leading me to informally handle it myself.

Awesome food quality!

We loved the spacious playground and lovely gardens where our pet felt at home. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools, which were perfect for our family to enjoy some fun in the sun. My wife appreciated the impressive selection of food served at every meal!

My children wished the Wi-Fi was stronger.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The food at dinner is usually great and showcases a variety of local flavors.

The location is brilliant, just a short stroll to the beach. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and the entertainment was enjoyable. The variety of food at breakfast was delightful, with many fresh options available. the bar service did seem a bit slow during peak times.

grupotel was fantastic! the breakfast was the best i've ever had, and the room was very nice, though the bed was a bit too hard for me. the location was perfect for cycling, just a short walk to the beautiful beach with three pools available, so there was always a sunbed.

pleasant stay with a few downsides

The breakfast room is expansive with a great variety of options that cater to all tastes. The staff provided attentive service that made my stay enjoyable. Plus, the location is perfect for beach enthusiasts as it’s only 150m away from the shoreline, allowing easy access to the beautiful sea view.

The outdoor pools could use some warming up as they felt chilly, even in good weather.

the staff were super nice and really helpd me with everything i asked. the food was amazin with a huge buffet for breakfast and dinner. the location was fab too, just blocks from the beach, and easy to get to from the airport by bus.

the wifi wasn't great, and the pillows were a bit flat. also, there was no coffee or tea-making stuff in the room.

Our stay came unexpectedly after a family emergency, but the staff’s warmth truly eased our burden. Clean rooms, diverse dining options, and an exceptional spa helped to uplift our spirits. Note that it gets crowded during peak season. securing outdoor seating early is a must!
